Not worth a lick

BadstampA Florida voter mistakenly (I assume) cast an absentee ballot with one of the rarest stamps around – the famous 1918 Inverted Jenny stamp.  (Ironically, because of a lack of documentation, the vote won’t even be counted!)  Apparently the first run of a hundred or so made in 1918 had the press set to print the plane upside down – a mistake that made the few in existence worth between $150,000 – $200,000… if it hadn’t been mailed.  Didn’t Richard Pryor do that in Brewster’s Millions?
