Spaning Sync

I am a big Google fan…

Gmail.  Google maps.  Google Talk.  Google Notebooks.  I use them all… even on my blackberry!  One of the best features, though, is Google Calendar.  My wife and I share family calendars, Orchard’s small groups share a google calendar so I know when they are meeting.  They are easy to share, user-friendly, and reliable.

But as a Mac user I searched for a while to find a great solution to sync my iCal calendar with Google Calendar.  But I found it in Spanning Sync.

This simple little program sync my Google calendar with my iCal every 30 minutes.  Seamlessly.  This way, I can publish my iCal to those who need access to it, handle event invitations, and group scheduling without the extra cost of a .Mac account.
